El Duende

This is my concept of a creature from Latin American folklore called a Duende. They're similar to gnomes or pixies in European lore.
This is my concept of a creature from Latin American folklore called a Duende. They're similar to gnomes or pixies in European lore.
Duende live in the walls of homes, and suck the blood from the resident's fingers and toes as they sleep. Sometimes, they go a little too hard and end up biting off chunks. (There's other lore about them, but that's my personal favorite myth.)
